The Annual General meeting of Low Carbon Gordano Ltd. was held on Friday 29th September 2017 at The Folk Hall, 95 High Street, Portishead, BS20 6PR starting at 7.30pm.
42 members attended the meeting and 37 members sent their apologies
The meeting was preceded by a talk entitled ” Mongoose Energy and the wider community energy sector – what’s happening?” from Mark Kenber, CEO of Mongoose Community Energy. Mark told the meeting about the role of Mongoose in the community energy sector and future prospects including battery storage and energy efficiency measures.

Election of Directors
The position of director is an important one in LCG. Under its rules a third of the elected directors must retire each year. This year existing directors Steve Cayzer and Graham Watkins stood down and without any further nominations being received were duly elected.
